  1. Parmesan and Sadness

    Recently, I learned that a lot of cheeses (especially my beloved parmesan) requite enzymes from the stomachs of baby cows to be made, and it brings great sadness to me.

    I haven’t eaten parmesan cheese all that often, but I have had some since I went pesco-vegetarian, and now I’m going to have to give it up; I’m okay with that, though.

    However, I’m going to have to do more research on this matter.

    Get your nosh on…just without the parmesan.
